Tenants at several Brooklyn buildings owned by Shamah Properties got treated to a jazz performance by The Albert Marques Jazz Group who performed at One St. Paul’s Court in Ditmas Park in the building’s lobby. They also hosted a harpist who played a classical concert for residents. “We like bringing cultural arts programs to our properties because it’s an event where tenants can get to know each other and feel as though they live in a community,” said Alan Shamah, CEO of Shamah Properties.
