March is here! Although there may be some questionably winter weather happening today, we are focused on a new month and heading into spring. With this new month, we wanted to start a new series: Visit the Landlord. On occasion, Shamco Management will sit down with owner Alan Shamah for a quick chat about what’s happening. With an open door policy and regular community events, he welcomes the opportunity to spend time with tenants. We hope this series gives everyone a chance to get to know Mr. Shamah a little bit more.

In this first installment, Mr. Shamah reminds everyone that March is Women’s History Month. Throughout history, there have been countless women who have forged new paths, made discoveries and changed the world as we know it. Without women, society itself would be lost. This month, we are celebrating women everywhere for their strength, grace and success.
