We’ve always tried to make Shamco Management as accessible to our tenants as possible. We employ property managers on-site so tenants have a direct contact and we also have a 24-hour  hotline that our tenants can call when they have a question or need service. That 24-hour hotline is a comfort to our tenants, knowing that at any time, day or night, they can call. We encourage our tenants to reach out to us whenever they need to and try to provide a community environment in every Shamco Management building.
