We at Shamco Management are very excited about this opportunity to partner with an established organization offering tremendous opportunity and support for young adults. We are partnering with Year Up in order to provide seminars explaining the program they offer and the opportunities open to those who go through the program.

Year Up provides mentorship and career guidance for motivated 18-24 year old young adults who are accepted into their program. Their goal is to close the opportunity divide between the young adults that are disconnected from stable career pathways and the jobs requiring post-secondary education.

Millions of young adults in the US have talent and motivation, but lack opportunity. At the same time, companies have opportunities available, but lack the talent they need to succeed.
