System Inspections:

Over the past few months all of the heating systems

at our properties have been thoroughly inspected, waring parts changed and in

some cases new boilers installed.

Heat Issues:

Once heating season begins we will be turning the systems

onto winter mode. If there are any issues call the hot line and

we will address them promptly.

Draft Issues:

Tenants are  encouraged to begin planning to remove A/C

units from windows that can cause cold air draft. We will be happy

to have our staff assist you in doing this. It will be our pleasure.

In the spring our staff can help put the unit back into the window.

Tenants are also encourage to be sure windows are properly closed in

the winter to avoid any drafts as well.

Malfunction issues:

If you are finding that when heating season starts there is a radiator in a room that is not heating up at all it may be as simple as change

the radiator trap. Call the hot line and we will have our staff look into this as well.

System Controls:

The heating system is computer controlled to turn on only when the inside temperature falls below the set points which are set higher than required for the comfort of all

even at night.
