At Shamco Management the health and safety of our tenants is our top priority so we have made a way for you view apartments in a safe and convenient fashion!

Future tenants now have the option to view our apartments through virtual tours from the comfort of their homes. These tours are futuristic and really encompass how the apartments look and feel.

However we know not all people are comfortable with only seeing their future home online. So for them we have set up a protocol in which viewers can come see our apartments while abiding by social distancing.

In terms of lease signing we have now launched online lease signing! Future tenants can now sign their lease at home on their computers or smart phones.
