Shamah Properties, the company who took over The Gateway in July of 2016, had its first Holiday Party for the tenants at The  Gateway Community.

The festivities included a 5 piece jazz group. The Albert Marques Jazz Ensamble, as well as food catered from a local SO Ave establishment, and to top it off, the lounge was decorated by one of the tenants who is in the party accessories rental business to add that special extra something to the event.

Many of the tenants came, and enjoyed meeting each other.

This is not the first event Shamah Properties sponsored. Along with the assistance of

Maria  the building manager, she also put together a special event for parents

with small children to meet.
